Contact & Fees

Sessions are available face-to-face, online, or as a blend of both. Therapy doesn’t have to be weekly or long-term to be effective. We can work at a pace that feels realistic for you, taking into account time, life commitments, and financial demands, while still creating space for therapeutic change and understanding. This can all be discussed and agreed in the initial consultation.

In order to make counselling accessible I also offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions. If you feel you would benefit from this please do mention it when we speak.

Online sessions are available UK wide and internationally subject to local laws

Please note my availability at each venue varies so this will need to be discussed to ascertain if I have sessions open at your desired location.

My counselling fees are:

Solution focused brief therapy (online or telephone only - 30 minute) - £50
Integrative Counselling - Mental Health Support (50 minutes online or in-person) - £75
Compulsive Behaviour Therapy (e.g. sex/porn compulsion/addiction/gambling/shopping - 50 minutes) - £90
Couples/Relationship/Family - Support for Addiction and Compulsive Behaviour Recovery - (60 minutes) - £120
Psychotherapeutic Formulation & Treatment Planning - (Individually Tailored) - From £100
Control & Connect - Initial consultation & Formulation (90 Minutes) - £250 (ongoing fees discussed)

I can provide sessions paid via the following insurance providers: Allianz, Aviva, Vitality and WPA

I am able to offer sessions paid for (subject to appropriate referral pathways) via the London Ambulance Service (for employed staff) and the Police Firearms Officers Association. I also can work via several Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) so checking with your work place as to whether support is available can help access support.
